CJ Associates is a woman-owned corporation which has operated in in Virginia and North Carolina since 1993. Clare Reece-Glore and John Strickler offer intelligent, professionally current insight to work for your organization's improvement. We don't even own cookie cutters — every job, whether training or consulting, is customized to meet the client's goals.

CJ Associates also believes in service to a larger community. As such we have provided volunteer work from Durham, NC to Kenya for organizations such as ACDI VOCA, Eno River Association, NC Horse Council, German Shepherd Rescue, USO, and One World Market (fair trade store).
