For more than ten years, CJ Associates has worked with its clients to help them improve their technical and management skills. Our main areas of service are organizational analysis, management training, technical training for computer programmers, and computer consulting. Organizational analysis includes using a streamlined, accomplishment-based process to identify and help solve organizational problems and create job descriptions that actually reflect what people do. Teaching communication skills and coaching skills make up our management development offerings. We are also certified to teach Achieve/Global's Leadership 2000 and Frontline Leadership courses. Our technical training unit offers hands-on courses in hard-core topics for computer programmers. Areas of expertise include Unix, Perl, C Programming, and Web-related topics. We also offer "working seminars" where we teach your staff selected programming topics, then coach them on their current project. For computer consulting, we offer real-world integration assistance. |
